Our reinforced and threaded LJMR inserts for round tubes are made of Zamak. Type 1 references have a rounded head and interior reinforcing ribs, which provide greater resistance to the piece, while Type 2 references have a head without a radius and do not have interior reinforcement ribs.

Our round reinforced tube inserts allow to assemble structures of tubes on levelling feet quickly. It has a nickel-plated brass threaded insert inside, which has been inserted during the injection process. It is also available for square tubes: JTPOA.
Our round tube insert has been designed with an hexagonal nut. The nut is inserted during the injection process. The part has an excellent finished and a good resistance. It is suitable for our adjustable feet, see our Adjustable feet section. The LHVD leveler is designed to withstand transverse stresses and significant weights. The hexagonal nut on the stud allows for precise adjustment after installation (a similar leveler is available without a movement angle, family LHVF).
Certain models are supplied with a non-slip EPDM material base. The screw of our adjustable foot is in zinc coated steel, the cover in stainless steel and the base in polipropylene. The part is available without cover, please see our family LHVD. The hex nut of the adjustable foot allows easier fitting. There is a little space between the hexagonal nut and the base, that allows small movement of the screw, in an angle of about 3º. The LHVB leveling feet are manufactured in (ZCS) Zinc Coated Steel and feature a DIN 558-4.6-A2F swivel screw with a hexagonal base and a tilt range between 10º and 13º, depending on the reference. They provide a secure joint thanks to a Torx T20 screw (max torque 3.4 Nm) that locks the base to the screw.
Regarding the base, there are two options depending on the reference: without holes and with two holes that allow the foot to be screwed down and firmly fixed to the floor (references ending in H).

These feet support a load of approximately 6380 N, although we always recommend keeping a safety margin. Levelers must be adjusted without load, and we do not recommend their use as gliders, but rather as static elements.

If surface protection against potential scratches/impacts is needed, we suggest fitting the protective cap LKB, made of (LDPE) Low Density Polyethylene.

Special configurations available upon request:

* Other lengths and thread sizes.
* Base in (SS) Stainless Steel.
* Hexagonal recess for Allen key on the top of the thread. Our round adjustable foot has a steel cover. If you need it with an hexagonal nut for an easier assembly, see our family LHDE. If you want the part with movement or tilting, please visit our family MFDD. Our JTPS leveling feet feature a reinforced base that withstands loads up to 29430 N.

This leveling foot is designed for applications requiring a clean finish and strong mechanical properties. It can be supplied with a non-slip base.

The standard version is made of Type 304 stainless steel, and we can manufacture it in Type 316 upon request. Our heavy-duty fixed feet JTPZ feature a reinforced base made of glass-filled polyamide 6, allowing them to support loads up to 7.659 N depending on the reference. These levelers are designed for applications requiring a high-quality finish and good mechanical properties. They can be supplied with an anti-slip base in EPDM.

The standard thread is made of stainless steel type 304, and upon minimum order, we can supply it in type 316.

Levelers with a rod length (L) equal to or greater than 71 mm are supplied with an adjustment nut. Our heavy duty adjustable foot has a reinforced tilting base of 15º that resists a weight up to 1,300 Kg. It has been designed for applications that require both good surface finish and very good mechanical properties.
The standard product is made in stainless steel type 304 and it can also be made in type 316 on request. Available also with anti-skid base made of TPV. The part is available with movement, please visit our tilting adjustable foot MPG. Our round adjustable foot has a steel cover. If you want the part without movement or tilting, please visit our family MNI.
