1. Information Rights

In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (hereinafter GDPR) regarding the protection of natural persons by the Spanish Organic Law 15/1999, December 13th, on Personal Data Protection (from now on, PDP), ISC Plastic Parts, S.L.VAT number ESB62140579 (from now on, ISC), owner of the web site (from now on, the web site) informs to the user that this site has an automated file with commercial data created by ISC and under its responsibility..

2. Purposes

The data from the users registered through the forms of the web site is collected by ISC, in order to improve the services provided by ISC and also to send them information regarding some products that could be of their interest.

3. Compulsory and not compulsory information provided by the user. Data verification.

The fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the registration forms are strictly needed to answer the user’s request, while the rest are not compulsory.
The user guarantees that the personal data provided to ISC is true and is responsible for communicating any modification.

4. Data collection and storage

The data collected and stored by ISC is provided by the client through registration or email requesting to be included:

· VAT number (Professionals and companies)
· Tradenames (Professionals and companies)
· Addresses
· Phone number
· Email
· Sector (Professionals and companies)
The data that ISC might automatically collect as a result of the client's navigation through the website::

· IP
· usual URL’s
· Browser
· Devices used

On the other hand, we have several advertising campaigns on the Internet using Google Adwords based on the use of cookies and we also use Google Analytics to monitor the way in which users use our website. The data collected by ISC will always be stored within the scope of the European Economic Area, however it is possible to use service providers located outside the European Economic Area (EEA). The data protection and other laws of these countries may not be as exhaustive as those of Spain or the EEA; In these cases, we will take the necessary measures to ensure that your data receives a level of protection equivalent to that of the EEA.


5. Duration of data storage

The data collected by means of a form or provided by the client by other means are stored unless the client indicates otherwise. As such, the user may exercise their rights as set out in section 8, all without prejudice to the need to keep this data for a limited time to comply with the legally established obligations.

6. Data transfer

The user's data will only be provided to third parties:

· When required for legal reasons.
· When the commercial process requires so, as for example in the case of transport companies for the delivery of goods.

Outside of these assumptions the data collected will NOT be provided or sold to third parties without express consent.


7. Users’ Consent

By marking the acceptance of this privacy policy, the user gives his express and unequivocal consent to the automated processing of the data included in the ISC’s registration forms.
In the case of email messages, the request for any kind of commercial activity by the sender implies the sender’s express and unequivocal consent to the automated processing of the included data.
Likewise, ISC informs that it may send commercial communications by electronic means with information about products and services that may be of interest to the users of the website.
Said consent is voluntary in the registry and in the event of its activation, it may be revoked at any time by the user by accessing the website via My Data > MY Profile > Notices of new drawings and products. This modification will not be retroactive.

ISC does not use spamming systems and will only use the data provided by the User by filling in the electronic forms in the website, or by e-mail messages. ISC keeps a high level of personal data protection security, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR) and the Spanish Royal Decree 994/1999, June 11th, related to the security measures for the automated files containing personal data, and has established the necessary technical means in order to evade loss, misuse, change, not authorized access or data robbery; but also knows that the security measures in the Internet are not infallible, and that sending forms without using an encrypted code does not guarantee the confidentiality, and may allow other people not connected to ISC to use them. ISC is responsible to follow strictly the confidentiality and secret of all the personal data inside the automated files according to the related legislation.
ISC undertakes to comply with the duty of secrecy and confidentiality with respect to the personal data contained in the automated file in accordance with the applicable legislation.

10. Information about cookies

The User allows the use of cookies, with the only purpose of improving his browsing through the different areas of this website and other ISC websites, and his identification to all the processes which require a higher security level.

11. Modification of the current Privacy Policies

ISC has the right to modify the current policies, in order to adapt them to future law legislations or to the industry’s practices, previously informing the Users about the changes.
