Our round tube glides are tiltable thanks to their design and allow them to reach an angle of up to <b> 19º </b>. The body of the tip is made of <b> Polyamide 6 </b>. The base of the glide offers <b> good stability </b> due to its considerable dimension. <br> <br>
The piece has different bases which are manufactured / supplied in different materials that, in summary, have the following features: <br><br>
* <i> With base of <b> PA6 (Nylon 6) </b> </i>: It offers a <b> good sliding and anti-wear </b> to the standard part. Mainly for parquet and wooden floors. Also valid for humid environments / floors or outdoors. <br>
* <i> Based on <b> PTFE (Teflon) </b> </i>: Provides the best <b> sliding effect </b> and minimal “dynamic and static” friction in most types of soils. <b> Very good wear resistance </b> and, thanks to an additional layer of TPE inside, it also has <b> noise damping </b>. Mainly for textile floors or carpets. Also suitable for smooth floors (Unintentional slipping is possible). <br>
* <i> Based on <b> wool felt </b> </i>: Perfect for <b> delicate and smooth floors </b> such as parquet. In addition, it gives <b> silencing properties </b> to the piece (Sound-reducing property) as well as <b> good sliding and anti-scratch protection </b>. Not recommended for outdoor or wet floors. <br>
* <i> With base with adhesive insert in <b>TPE</b> </i>: The soft material gives a good <b> anti-slip effect </b> and a very good <b> sound-reducing property </b> since the base dampens the noise. Recommended for wet and outdoor environments / floors where you want to reduce sound. <br>
* <i> With <b> metal base</b> </i>: Provides a <b> good finish and greater resistance. </b> Recommended for exteriors, non-smooth surfaces (concrete, carpets ...) or elastic floors (pavilions, courts ...). <br><br>

These glides for round tubes are tiltable up to an angle of <b>20º</b>. The body of the insert is made of <b>Low-density polyethylene</b>, while the bases are made of different materials with the following characteristics: <br><br>
* <i>Base made of <b>PA6 (Nylon 6)</b></i>: offers <b>good sliding, as well as good wear resistance</b>. They are ideal on parquet and wooden floors. Also valid for humid environments and soils, as well as outdoors.<br>
* <i><b>PA6MOS base (Nylon 6 with molybdenum disulfide)</b></i>: it offers superior performance to the PA6 base and its use is recommended when <b>a very high capacity of sliding and excellent behavior against friction wear is required</b>, regardless the floor selected.<br>
* <i><b>Wool felt base (FTR)</b></i>: ideal for <b>delicate and smooth floors</b> such as parquet. In addition, it provides <b>silencing properties</b> (sound-reducing property), as well as <b>good sliding and anti-scratch protection</b>. Not recommended for outdoor or wet floors. <br>
* <i>Metallic <b>base (S)</b></i>: <b>good finish and greater resistance derived from its steel base</b>. Recommended for non-smooth surfaces (cement, carpets...) or elastic floors (pavilions, courts...).<br>
* <i>Stainless <b>base (SS)</b></i>: <b> good finish and good resistance, also to rust</b>. Recommended for outdoors, non-smooth surfaces (cement, carpets...) or elastic floors (pavilions, courts...).<br>
* <i><b>Non-slip base (TPE)</b></i>: made of rubber, in addition to being <b>non-slip</b>, it provides good wear resistance, and therefore, a <b>high durability</b>. It is applied to a very wide range of soil types.<br> <br>

Our tube insert for round tubes LGRL has an angle which goes from 8º to 12º or from 18º to 22º, and it is ideal for chairs. It can be produced in <b> RAL colors</b> on demand and its base is produced and offered in various materials featuring the following characteristics:

* <i><b>LDPE base (polyethylene)</b></i>: good sliding for multi-surface floors.
<br>
* <i><b> FELT base (felt)</b></i>: good sliding, scratch-proof, and sound-proof, for parquet flooring, wood and ceramic flooring.<br>
* <i><b>PA6 base (nylon)</b></i>: good sliding and no wear-down. For parquet and wood flooring.
<br>
* <i><b>POM+PTFE base(pom+teflon)</b></i>: good sliding, friction-proof, vibration-proof and chemically resistant. For textile flooring like carpet or rugs

* <i><b> EVA body (foamy) with POM+PTFE (pom+teflon)</b></i>: good sliding, vibration-proof, and sound-proof. For ceramic and wood flooring. Recommended to reduce sound (meeting rooms, theaters)...
