The SBCT PVC-coated stainless steel cable tie is designed to provide a robust, secure, and long-lasting fastening solution in industrial applications requiring high mechanical and environmental resistance. Its Crimp Lock system ensures firm cable retention, maintaining excellent stability even in installations exposed to vibration or extreme weather conditions.

Manufactured from aircraft-grade AISI 302/304 stainless steel, it offers outstanding corrosion and aging resistance, making it ideal for long-term applications. The UV-protected PVC jacket prevents damage to cable insulation by providing a smooth surface that avoids cuts, abrasion, or deterioration during installation.

Installation is quick and simple, as it can be mounted in the field using standard tools such as pliers or wire cutters, allowing both the crimping of the locking sleeve and trimming of excess strap. This ease of installation makes it especially suitable for on-site work and maintenance on complex structures.

It is UL 62275 certified for indoor and outdoor use, meeting Type 2 and 2S classifications, and carries cULus certification for compliance with U.S. and Canadian standards (File E54523). It is also DFARS compliant, suitable for applications requiring controlled origin materials. Its operating temperature range of -40 °C to +105 °C ensures reliable performance even in extreme environments.

SBCT ties are suitable for sectors such as solar photovoltaic installations (ideal for exposed cable and metal structures), industrial machinery exposed to high vibration, the electrical industry, control panels, railway and transportation infrastructure, and the marine sector thanks to their corrosion resistance. They also perform reliably in petrochemical facilities and aggressive environments, as well as in HVAC systems, telecommunications, and equipment assembly, where strong, durable, and secure fastening is required.
