Our family of SZI connectors is designed for quick, safe and reliable connections in photovoltaic installations. It includes Stäubli MC4 and MC4-EVO 2 connectors, as well as standard SOLAR CONNECTOR, available in male and female versions. They are resistant to UV rays and suitable for cables from 4 to 10 mm², with an internal crimping terminal.
· Voltage: MC4 up to 1100 V DC; MC4-EVO 2 and SOLAR CONNECTOR up to 1500 V DC
· UL94: UL94-V0 for all three connectors
· IP: SOLAR CONNECTOR IP68; MC4 and MC4-EVO 2 IP65/IP68 mated and IP2X unmated

According to NEC 2023, MC4 and MC4-EVO 2 require a tool for opening. MC4-EVO 2 must not be disconnected under load. For further technical information, refer to the family general drawing.
