The LHKD adjustable female clamping lever is designed for firm, precise and repetitive manual adjustment, allowing the lever to be released and repositioned without tools, even in restricted spaces. Its slim design ensures ergonomics and secure locking in demanding industrial applications.
It is manufactured in two versions:
· Reinforced polyamide handle with overmoulded metal toothed ring, increasing strength and torque transmission.
· Plastic-coated die-cast zinc handle, particularly robust for intensive work.
Both are available in Black RAL 9005 and Orange RAL 2004, with other RAL colours available on request.
The internal thread, in gunmetal-finished steel or stainless steel, is made entirely of metal, ensuring full metal contact between the insert and the fastening part, providing maximum reliability and corrosion protection. In addition, the system incorporates a hexagon socket screw that allows installation with an Allen key while keeping the lever raised, making assembly easier in critical positions.
Clamping levers such as the LHKD are used to fasten, lock or secure components in machinery, fixtures, adjustment systems, control panels, technical furniture, transport equipment and assembly systems, as well as in industries such as automotive, food, medical technology, consumer goods, leisure and rehabilitation, where an ergonomic, versatile and high-performance solution is required.
