Our MPRYD bell-mouth strain relief bushings are designed to secure and protect cables at panel entry points. They absorb pull, push, twist and flex forces applied to the cable, providing reliable mechanical protection and insulation. They offer good resistance to chemicals together with excellent electrical properties. The bell-mouth head promotes a smooth bend radius, reducing cable stress and extending service life.
The bushings snap easily into panel mounting holes and are available for both round and flat cables.
The system can be installed using two mounting hole configurations, depending on the required level of retention:
· A: the mounting hole allows the component to rotate.
· A × B: the component is locked in position, preventing rotation.
· Material: PA66 (Nylon 6/6)
· Operating temperature: -18 °C to +105 °C
· Flammability: UL94 V-2, self-extinguishing
· Certifications: UR, CSA
