Our MPRZA cable strain relief is designed to secure and protect cables at panel entry points. It absorbs tensile, pushing and torsional forces applied to the cable, providing electrical and mechanical protection. Its 90° bend keeps the cable parallel and close to the structure, helping to save space.
It offers good resistance to chemicals and good electrical properties. In limited spaces, it can also act as a protective bumper.
Installation is carried out by snap-fitting into panel holes. Available for round and flat cables.
The system can be installed in two types of hole, depending on the required level of retention:
· A: the hole allows the part to rotate.
· A × B: the part is fixed in the hole, preventing rotation.
(Refs. 02001002109 / 02001002110 / 02001002111 must be installed in an oval hole).
· Material: PA66 (Polyamide 66)
· Colours: Black / White
· Operating temperature: -18 °C to +105 °C
· Flammability: UL94 V2, self-extinguishing
· Certifications: UR, CSA
For installation on the structure, the MHPA tool is recommended; alternatively, installation can be carried out using pliers.
For references where Cable suitability is indicated as Multiple, refer to the general technical drawing, which specifies the different compatible cable sizes. When dimension A is indicated as a range, refer to the same drawing to determine the corresponding hole size for each compatible cable size.
